James has appeared to prosecute in enough cases to know the duties of a prosecutor and in his experience as a Judges Associate has an excellent knowledge of what information and style of submissions a tribunal wants to hear. He has appeared in over 50 pleas. Successful bail applications include Slavic Ramchen (see article).
